4. PROPERTY. The parties are the joint owners of ~

an automobile and it is the Order of this Court that the Husband ;

is entitled to the full ownership of said automobile and the Wife ~
~
is hereby ordered to execute any documents which may be necessary ~
~
to effect the transfer of said automobile to the Husband. Additionally, i
it'is the finding of this Court that the Husband is entitled to ~
~
the $100.00 income tax rebate check made paqable to both of the ;
- : I
parties.
5. ALIMONY. The Wife's Counter-Petition For Alimony
• is hereby denied.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
$200.00 to be reasonable toward the payment of the Wife's attorney's
fees for his services hereRin' and ~ARY L. PRESNELL is hereby ordered
to pay said attorney said sum. Each party shall pay its own costs
in bringing and maintaining these proceedings.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and.
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
orders as may be proper,
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
