providing for the notice to be given required by 704.05. there is hereby flled this Notice. reIIecting the
following information:
A. Consnlidated-Tomoka Land Co. is a corporation. hereinafter referred to as Claimant,
which corporatioa was organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and is authorized to do businese
un~er the laws of the State of Florida. Its address is Florida State Road 1? South at Highway U. S.
27 South. Sebring, Florida, and its Post OfSce address is P. O. Bos 190T. Sabring. Florida 33870.

Parcel conveyed to Rollin W. Tedder, et ux, by deed dated 6-25-74 described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the West line of the NE-1/4 of the NW-1/4
of Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, with the South right-of-way line of 1
the Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District Canal C-24; thence run East
along said South right-of-way line 1200 feet, more or less, to the centerline of a
graded road extending southerly from Shinn Road; thence run Southeasterly along the
