In conforadty with the provisions of Section 70~.05, Florida Statutes. and Section 71Z.06.
providing for the notice to be given required by T04.05. there is hereby filed this Notice, reflecting the
following information:
A. Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. ia a corporatiwa. hereinafter referred to as Claimant,
which corporation was organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and ia authorised to do business
under the laws of the State of Florida. Its address is Florida State Road 17 South at Highway U. S.
27 South, Sebring, Florida. and its Post Office addresa is P. O. Box 1907. Sebring. Florida 33870.

the last completed ta~c assessment roll, who has an interest in the property hereinafter described.
