Continuation of description of Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida ~
except tract dascribed in deed to Claude Douthit, Jr. dated December 11, 1958, as follows:
All of that part of Section 20, '1\vp 36 S., R. 39 E., lying North~ and East of the Diver-
sion Canal, excepting therefrom that part thereof conveyed by Florida Cattle Company,
a corporation, to Abraham Slot, et al, by that certain Marranty Deed recorded in Deed
Book 108, at page 315, of the public records of St. Luc~e County, Florida ii~ Section 20;
all less right of way for canal to St. Lucie River Drainage District except: That part
lying North and West of Florida East Coast Railway right of way and North and East of
Diversion Cana1; and that part lying East of right of way of Central and Southern
Florida Flood Control District Canal C-24 and South of Florida EasL Coast Railway right
of way; and that part lying West of right of way of Central and Southern Florida Flood
Control District Canal C-24 and South of Florida East Coast Railway right of way in
Section 29.
