evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the ;
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should

be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marriage between ~

Herbert H. Kilgore and Hilda May Kilgore be and the same is `
, hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

i forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

f between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

! 2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby

~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing and
~ annoying the other.
~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the ~
