DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ ~
This cause came on for trial the day of August, 1975, ~
and the Court havinq given full consideration to all the evidence,
~ finds and detenmines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between .
the ~arties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon - ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOE DONALD
LICK, Husband, and LINDA LICK, Wife, be, and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the pa~rties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony hereto£ore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the children born of this marriage is ,
i hereby awarded to the Petitioner, LINDA LICR, and the Court reserves ~

~ jurisdiction for determining child support at such time as this Court
~ has jurisdiction over the person of the Respondent, JOE DONALD LICK.
