ORDER
This cause comin~g on for hear~ng an the Petition for Modification ~

af Final Judgment and Separation Agreement filed herein by the husband, PAUL
W. COLES, and it appearing to the Court that service of process of said
Pietition has been obtained on the wife, JANET LOULSE COLES, naw JANET
LOUISE GFARHARDR', and a default having been entered against the wife
.for failure to serve her pleadings within the time prescribed by law, and the
rt havin taken testimon of the husband-and havin been fully advised ~

in the premises, upon consideration thereof, it is
ORDERED AND r1DJUDGED as follows :

1. That custody of PHILLIP SCOTT COLES, minar son of the
parties be, and the same is hereby awarded to the husband, PAUL W. COLES,
reserving unto the wife, JANET LOUISE COLES, now JANET LOiJISE GEARHARI7T,
, reasonable rights o~f visitarion at all reasonable rimes and piaces.
2. That child support payments to the wife, JANET LOLJISE COLES, ~

; now JANET LOUISE GEARHARDT, shall be decreased by one-half, to-wit:

: ~27.50 per week far the support of BRENDA LEE COLES, minor daughter of
i
~ the parries, during the period af time that said minor son is residing with the
~ husband. ~

3. All other terms and provisians af the Final Judgment entered

~ in this cause and the Separation Agreement entered into between the parties,

~ shall remain in full force and effect.
