3. SUPPORT. The Court at this time does not award
support and makes no ruling upon the need, necessity or ability
to pay, but reserves jurisdiction in this .matter~

4. PROPERTY. That upon the entry of this Final Judgment,
Di~solution of Marriage, CAROLYN CRAWFORD GRABEN shall have the
ownership and possession of the 1974 Valiant Automobile and BOBBY
JACK GRABEN shall execute any and all necessary documents to
effect this transfer. .
The Court makes no ruling with re gard to the real
_and/or personal property of the parties hereto other than the
1974 Valiant Automobile. -
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
$350.00 to be rQasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services
herein and BOBBY JACK GRABEN is ordered to pay said attorney said
swn together with costs herein assessed at $38.00.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the

i parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders

! as may be proper.
