the undersigned in wriqng at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned hom time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state o1
appeurcmae cmd repair consistent with the general appearance cmd state ot repair oI other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set forth in said notice within 15 days after receipt ot same.
2_ It the undersiqned shall Icdl or re#use to accomplish. ihe required repairs or maintenance,
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORATION, its snccessors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises for the purpose of doing -
ihe necessary vrork. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn and yard mainten~ce
to prevent an overgrown or unkempt appe~ance, and to painting and minor repairs to the exterior ol
ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent~ cm unsightly or unsafe condition.
3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, iLs suc-
cessers or assigns, in bringing about ~d accomplishing ihe work reierred io in the notice, the under-
signed agrees to make pa~•ment thereol within 1Q days o{ter demand. Provided, however, ihat demand
for payment shall not exceed actual oosts or expenses incurred.
4. In the event that the undersigned shall Eail or reiuse to make payment of the actual costs or
~ expenses incurred, then, and in ihat event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
~ ce:~so:s or assigns, may undertake collection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
~ hereunder, together with all costs oi eollection including a reasonable attomey's tee. GENERAL ;
~ DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in addition to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give
notice that it has avquired a lien agmnst ihe subject property for said ~nount cmd may iile a Notice
