TSRMINATION OF AGRERI~NT FOR MINING SHBLL AND FILL
WHERSAS, COW CREBK RANCB, 2NC., Lessor, and SHELLROCR,
INC., Lessee, entered into a certain Agreement for Mininq
Shell and Fill dated December 31, 1974, and recorded in
O. R. Book 237, paqes 937 to 939, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, it is hereby agreed that said Aqreement
for Mininq Shell and Fill is hereby tenainated by mutual con-
sent and rendered null and void.
