The undersiqned F. E. GROS$ personally appeared on
~the date belvw before the undersigned officer, who is duly
authorized to administer oaths and~take acknowledgments, and

after beinq first duly sworn on this 12th day of x~t~, 1975,
accordinq to law, deposes and says that he knaws of his own
personal knawledqe that GROSE SNTERPRISES, INC. was leqally
dissolved on the 28th day of June, 1971; that he knaws
of his awn personal knowledqe that E. L. GROSE, RATHLEEN M.
- GROSE and F. E. GR4S$ consitute all of the members of the
Board of Directors of GROSE ENTERPRISES, INC. at the time of the
aforementioned dissolution; that.pursuant to 5608.30 FLA. "
STAT. 1963 they executed a SatisfactiQn of Mortqage as the
survivinq Trustees of GROSE ENTERPRISES, INC., a dissolv~d
Florida corporation, dated the 23rd day of July, 1975,
satisfying a mortgage dated June 15, 1968, in the amount ~
~ of $3,000.00 from ELMER E. BASS and HAZEL L. BASS, his wife,
to GROSE ENTERPRISES, INC. -
