THIS CAUS$ came on to be heard on the Motion of the Defendants,
C~HARLFS T. SCOTT and MARTHA J. SCOTT, for a Final Judgment for
Defendants on mandate.
The Plaintiff, JOffid E. DOWNBY; was awarded a judgment in his ~
favor pursuant to a Jury verdict in this Court from which judgment the
Defendants appealed to the District Court of Appeal of the.State of
Florida Fourth District. The District Court reversed the Fina1 Judg-
ment rendered pursuant to Jury verdict and remanded the cauge with
directions to this Court to enter a Judgment in favor of the Appallants,
CHARLES T. SCOTT and MARTHA J. SCOTT, who were the Defendants in this

~ T. SCOTT and MARTHI°? J. SCOTT, have judgment against the Plaintiff,

JOHN E. DOWNEY, and that Plaintiff take nothing in this action against
the Defendants~ and that the Defendants recover of the Plaintiff their

~ costs, taxed at $ ~ r' and have execution therefor.
~ That the Defendants, CHARLES T. SCOTT and MARTHA J. SCOTT, be and
~ they are hereby released and relieved of any liability under super-
~
~ aedeas bond posted in this cause and the same shall be dissolved.
