and the Court having given full conaideration to all the evidence ~
f inds and 8etermines: Thie Court has jurisdiction~of the parties ~
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
wife now exiats between the parties; and that the marrisge between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BRYANT
LELAND JENNINGS, JR., Husband and GLORIA ANN JENNINGS, Wife be and ~
the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement (stipulatio~) :
~ admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
f and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. -

~ 3. CUSTODY. Custody of BRYANT EDWARD JENNINGS, JOHI~1 C~IRLES
JENNINGS, and ANGIE JENNINGS, minor children of the parties, is
hereby awarded to Gloria Ann Jennings with reasonable visitation
~
rights reserved to Bryant Leland Jennings.
~ 4. SUPPORT. Commencing the 18th day of July, ~975, the Husband
~ shall pay the sum of $25.00 each and every week per child for the
c
~ ~
` support of the children named above.
~
~ Each p!ayment _shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
3 by him remitted promptly to GLORIA ANN JENNINGS, In addition there

~ is hereby asaessed the~sum of $1.00 as statuory costs to be added
~
~ to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, ,
