DECLARATION OF OCEANSIDE PROP~RTIES TRUST REAL ESTATS TRUST AGREEMENT THIS TRUST AGREEMENT, dated this 7'~ day of , 1975, ~o be known as OCEANSIDE PROPSRTIES TRUST, en~ered into between JAMES F. MATHESON and GEORGE W. BALDWIN, as Trustees, ot the first part, herein- after called the "Trustees", which designation shall inclucie all successor - Trustees, and GEORGE H. BALDWIN, JAMES F. MATHESON, WILLIAM E. BRANT and HELENE HRANT, his wife, GEORGE W. BALDWIN and MARY S. BALDWIN, his wife, and ROBERT C. DIAMOND and JOAN DIAMOND, his wife, of the second part, hereinafter called the "Beneficiaries", whether one or more, which desiq- nation shall include all successors in interest to any beneficiary. WITNESSETH: That the Beneficiaries as sole stockholders, direc- tors and officers of OCEANSIDE PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, are about to convey or cause to be conveyed to the Trustees, as Trustees hereunder, title to the following described real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit : ~?G- G~ ~a' ~ ? Beginning at the inte=sectibn of the South boundary of Government Lot 4, Section 3, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, and the East boundary of the present County Road right-of-way and run thence Northwesterly alonq said right-of-way 100 feet, and run thence East parallel with the South boundary of said Lot 4 390 feet, more or less, to the Atlantic Ocean; thence run Southerly meandering the ocean shore line to the South boundary ' of said Lot 4; thence West along said South boundary 389 feet, more or less, to Point of Beqinning. and that when the Trustees have taken title to said real property, or i to any other property conveyed to them as Trustees hereunder, they will I ~ ; hold the same, in trust, for the followinq uses and purposes and sibject - i ~ to the following terms and conditions: ~ FIRST: A.
