ments (principal and interest), pay real estate taxes and casualty
insurance in a fashion other than in accordance with their respective
ownership interests, to-wit:
GEORGE H. BALDWIN and GEORGE W. BALDWIN 22.5~
JAMES F. MATHESON 28.125~
WILLIAM E. BRANT and HELENE BRANT, his wife 22.5~
GEORGE W. BALDWIN and MARY S. BALDWIN, his wife 10.0%
ROBERT C. DIAMOND and JOAN DIAMOND, his wife . 16~596:~
SECOND: The interests of the Beneficiaries shall consist
_ solely of the following rights respecting~the Trust property:
(a) The right to direct the Trustees to convey or otherwise
deal with the title to the.Trust property as hereinafter
set out. ~
(b) The right to manage and oontrol said property.
(c) The right to receive the proceedsand avails from the rental,
sale, mortgage or other disposition of said property.
(d) The right to alter, amend or revoke in whole or in part
this Agreement of the Trust hereby created by an instrument
in writing and executed by 100% of the beneficiaries with
. the same formalities as an instrument conveying an interest
in real property.

The foregoing rights. shall be deemed to be personal property and

li may bea~signed an~l otherwise transferred as such. No Beneficiary shall
~ have any legal or equitable riqht, title or interest, as realty, in or

{ to any real estate held in trust hereunder, or the right to require~par-

; tition of same, but shall have only the rights, as personalty, hereinabove
I
~ set out and the death of a Beneficiary shall not terminate this Trust or
~
~ in any manner affect the powers of the Trustees.

~ THIRD: Subject to the provisions hereinaf ter contained, the

Trustees, have the following powers, duties and discretion in addition
