SEVENTEENTH: A Trustee or Trustees may be removed at any time or from time to time with-vr without cause by the written direction of the Beneficiaries representing a majority (5196) of the beneficial interest. Upon the death, resignation o~ removal of the Trustee hereunder, a successor Trustee shall be appointed by the written direction of the Beneficiaries representing a majority of the Beneficial interest. The Trustee may resign at any time by sending.s-notice of his intention to do so by registered mail to each of the beneficiaries hereunder at his or her address last known to the Trustee. Such resignation shall become effective ten i10) days after the mailing of such notices. The Trustee or Trustees shall thereupon convey the Trust property if necessary, to such successor or successors in Trust. If no successor in interest is sa named within ten (10) days after the mailing of such notices, then the Trustee may convey the Trust property to the Beneficiaries herein in accordance with their respective interests hereunder, or the Trustee may, at his option, file a suit for appropriate relief in any Court of Competent Jurisdiction. The Trustee, notwithstanding such resignation, shall continue to have a lien on the Trust property for his costs, expenses and attorneys' fees. EIGHTEENTH: This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with ~ the Laws of Florida.
