BECKMAN, ) ) - Wife. ) ) FINAL JUDGMENT ~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE CAME on for trial the 8th day of August, A. D., 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JERRY W. BECKMAN and BARBARA E. BECKMAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the~bonds of matrimony here- tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of BRADY JAY BECKI~,AN minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to BARBARA E. BECKMAN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JERRY W. BECKMAN. 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 15th day of Auqust, A. D., 1975, JERRY W. BECKMAN shall pay to BARBARA E. BECKMI~N the sum of $25.00 each and every week, for the support of the child named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by ~ him remit~ted promptly to BARBARA E. BECKMAN. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or ~ ~00l~ ~hC# z~~ GERALD S.
