ORDER
_ This cause was duly presented bq the State Attorney and the
Respondent having been present in Court and represented by J. Michael Brennan,
and the Court being duly advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERSD AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay the Petitioner
for the benefit of Charles Allen Gibson, date of birth, August 3, 1961;
Donald Earl Gibson, date of birth, June 14, 1962; Cynthia Dawn Gibson, date
of birth, August 21, 1963; and Cheri Michell Gibson, date of birth, November
4, 1965, minor children, the sum of $5.00 each and every week together with
$20.00 each and every week to be applied to the arrearages plus an additional
$1.00 for payment of the Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support
payments. These payments are to begin on the 17th day of August, 1975 and

thereafter on the lst of each and every weelr that said payments shall be made

; in cash, by cashier's check or by postal moneq order to the Clerk of the

~ Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and said Clerk shall transmit the
~
~ said payment to the Clerk of the 199th District Court of Collin, McRinney
~
~ County, Texas; it is further

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court shall retain 3urisdiction

~ of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order and for such further
~ Orders as may be deemed equitable.
