ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the Wife's Motion for
Temporary Relief on August 12, 1975, and the Court having heard
testimony of the respective parties and argument of counsel and
being fully advised in the precaises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. T'hat final hearing in this cause pursuant to Section
_ 61.052 Florida Statutes be extended for a period of three months
from the date of this Order.
2. That custody of JEFFREY BOGARD BRO~WL~, minor child of
~ the parties, is hereby awarded to PATRI QA EVANS BROWN with rea-
sonable visitation rights reserved to PHILIP DEAN BRaWDT.
3. Commencing the 15th day of August, 1975, PffiLIP DEAN

~ BROWN shall pay to PATRICIA EVANS BROiWi~T the sum of Thirty Five

f Dollars ($35.00) each and every week for the support of the mi.nor

~ child above named. :

j 4. Commencing the 15th day of August, 1975, PHILIP DEAN

~ BRaWN shall pay to PATRICIA EVANS BROWN the sum of Twenty Five

; Dollars ($25.00) each and every_week as temporary alimony.

5. Each payment to be made under Paragraphs 3 and 4 of this

~ Order shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted

promptly to PATRICIA EVANS BRaWN. In addition there is hereby
