ORDER
1HIS CAUSE was duly presented by the State Attrnrney and the
Respondent havi~g been present in Court an~d the Cawct being advised in the
pre~nises, it is ~
ORDERID AND ADJ[IDGm that the Responcient, ROB~T GI~i McOCl~S,
pay to the Petitioner, DELPHA L. M~cO~S (PAGE) , for the benefit of I~BEdtT
Q~i~IIV McOC~+~S III, minor child of the parties, the sum of s50.00 every tw~o ~
weeks, plus an additional ~1.00 for payn~ent of Clerk's fee for receiving
- and disbursing support payments. In addition, Respondent is ordered to-pay
to Petitioner for tl~e su~ort of said minor child, the sum of ~10.00 every
two weeks, until the total amoimt of the arreazage, to-wit: $1,270.00, is
fu11y paid. These payments are to begin on the 15th day of August, 1975,
and on Friday of each and every two week period thereafter; that said payments

E shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the

~ Clerk of the Circuit Caart of St. Lucie Crnmty, Florida, and the said Clerk

shall transmit the said payments to: Office of District Attortyey, Roan 300,
Bibb Camty Court Ha~se, Macon, Georgia 31201.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as may ~

be dee~med equitable.
