ORDER
1tIIS CAUSE was duly presented by the State Attorney and the
Respondent having been present in Court, and the Cou~rt be.ing advised in the
pretaises, it is, -
ORDERID Alm ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner
for the benefit of herself and RICKY JAI+~ES MacQJIGAN, minor child of the .
parties, the s1,un of ~25.00 per week, plus an additional ~5.00 per week toward
. the arrearage of ~1,500.00, until said sum is fully paid; plus an additional
$1.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiv~ng and disbursing support payments.
1~ese payments are to begin on the 18th day of August, 1975, and.thereafter an
Monday of each and every week. In addition, on the first Mor~day of each and
every month Resporudent shall pay to Petitioner the s~un of s30.00, representing
one-half of Respondent's military pension check; that all of said payments

j shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk
~f of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Caanty, Florida, and the said Clerk shall

~ transmit said payments to: Mercer County Probation Office, P. 0. Box 1777,
Mercer Cowity Caurt House, Trenton, New Jersey 08b07.
That this Ca.irt shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
purpose of enforcing this Order and enterir~g such further Orders as may be
deemed equitable.
