1HIS CAUSE was duly presented by the State Attorney, and
the Respaaident having been present in Court and the Court bein~g advised
in the premises, it is the finding of this Court that:
1. On May 29, 1975, a Petition For Decrease in Support
Payments was duly filed in this cause whereby Respandent sought to amend
- the original Order of this Cotu~t dated September 1, 1974, requiring him - .
to pay $200.00 per month for the support of the faur minor children of the
parties, for the reas~ that one of the said minor children, to-wit: -
I~RBERT HARRY KIL(aORE, had enlisted in the United States AYmed Forces.
2. Respondent has produced the sr~orn statement of J06EPtIINE
KILOORE to the effect that [-IDtBERT HARRY KIL~ORE has enlisted in the United

States Navy and is no langer in her wstody and that support payments for
i . said I~RBERT HARRY KIL(~RE are no lo~ger required.

~ ORDERED AND AD~II)DGED that the paym~ents made by Respondent to
~ Petitioner in the amoi.urt of $200.00 per month be and the same are hereby -
