This cause cominq to kre heard upon the verified petition
of IbOI~LD JSRRY CARROLL, and it appearing to the Court that TII~i
MARI$ CARI2ipLL and ROL~I.D JERRY CARR+OLL, JR., minor children of the ~
parties are presently in the care of the Husband, and the Husband
has made sworn allegations that it would be in their best interest -
for the children to be awarded to his custody, and the Husband
having further requested an investigation be made by the Division
of Family Services, Department of Health, $ducation and Rehabilitative
Services of the State of Florida, and the Court being advised in
the premises, - ,
It is therefore ORDERSD as follows:
1. Custody of TII~ MARIE CARR~OLL, born July 9, 1964; and
; laOI~LD JERRY CARRpLL, JR., born January 17, 1970 is awarded to the
