DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, party of the second part, whose
mailing address is 780 S. W. 24th St., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. ~
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in i
consideration of the sum of $1.00 to it in hand paid by the party =
of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the parties of the second part, its
successors and assigns, forever, the following described land, lying
and be.ing in St. Lucie County, Florida:

All the-Rights and Interests of St. Lucie County, Florida,
into those portions of deeded, dedicated and unused Streets
lying within the Right of Way of Indrio Road'as now exists

15 and 17, Township 34 South, Range 39 East.
