corporation being the Lienor herein, the addrese of which ie c/o Loren Smoyer
Apaitment 102, Building B, Beach Club Colony, Jenaen Beach, Florida 33457,
and that in acoordance with Article VII of that oertain inatrument entitled "Declaration
of Condominium of Beach Club Colony Condominium Apartmente" , eaid instrument
being recorded in Offfcial Aeoords Book 223, Page 335, Public R,ecords of St. Lucie
County, Florida, said Association ia entitled to a lien upon each apartment for any
unpsid aasesamenta relating to oommon expenses. Said Association now, therefore,
claims a lien on the following unit in the aforesaid Condomiaium in St. Lucie County,
