and that in accordance with Article VII of that oertain inetrument entitled "Declaration -
of Condominium of Beach Club Colony Condominium Apartmenta" , said instrument
being rec~orded in Official Aecords Book 211, Page 798,Public Reoords of St. Lucie
County, Florida, said Aesociation ia entitled to a lien upon each apartment for any
unpaid assesaments relating to common expenses . Said Aseociation now, therefore,
