BEFORE ME, the undersiqned Notary Public, personally appeared
LARRY M. STEWART, who upon his oath saya: .
1. That he is an attorney in good standing with the Florida
Bar and represents RALPH WELLS and JEWEL WELLS, his wife.
2. Thatlon or about June 21, 1975, a deposit receipt contract
was entered-into between MACS LEITMAN and MARGIE D. LEITMAN, his wife,
the Sellers, and VIRGIL F. GOING, the Buyer, for the purchase and
sale of the following described real property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit: ~~~a_ ~C~." ~3a - f~,~/~
Lots 34, 35, 36, and 37, of Block S of INDIAN
RZVER ESTATES UNIT 5, a subdivision according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10,
paqe 58, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
~ A copy of said deposit receipt contract is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
3. That on or about July, 1975, VIRGIL F. GOING assigned the
aforesaid deposit receipt contract to RALPH WELLS and JEWEL WELLS,
his wife. A copy of said assignment of contract is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof.
