WITH PREJUDICE, RELEASE FROM BOND
AND RELEASE OF PROPERTY FROM CUSTODY OF COURT
THIS CAUSE havinq.come to be heard upon the Motion
of the Plaintiffs to,dismiss the above captioned action, with
prejudice, to release the Plainti~fs from the $15,000.00 bond .
posted by them in this case and releasing the real property
which was part of the subject matter of this case from the
custody of the Court, and the Court having qiven full considern-
tion to the matter_and being otherwise fully advised in the ~
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The above captioned action is hereby dismissed,

~ with prejudice.

~ 2. Helen Ryan, F~orence Ryan and James Ryan, Plaintiffs

" in the above captioned action, are hereby released from that
$15,000.00 surety bond posted by them and said bond is discharged
and the surety is released therefrom. .
3. The Writ of Attachment issued against the following
~ described real property:

~ Lot 11, Block 3124, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION
~ 45, as per plat thereof filed in Plat Book
- 16, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie

~ hereby cancelled and discharged.
