That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
and other good and valuable considerations, to it in hand paid by the party of the Second
Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the
said party of the Second Part,their heirs, and assigns forever, the following described
real property, and rights and interests as set forth below and in real roperty located

This conveyance is subject to the fol-lowing: '

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, administrators, successors of the grantee and the grantor does warrant the
title to all the premises hereby conveyed, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of ail persons whomsoever.
