T'hat the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration
to the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations
to them in hand paid by the said Party(s) of tlie Second Part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to said Party(-~) of the Second Part, heirs and assigns
forever, the follawinq described real property, located and situate
in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows:
Condominium Parcel No. 321 of CAPSTAN I, accordinq
to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in
Official Record Book 232, at Pages 619-thru 711, of the

This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this deed
the Party(s) of the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the
follawing:

Owners' Association, Inc., a Florida non profit
corporation, the provisions of which documents run with
the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the obligations of a
' member of said Property Owners' Association. _
