the undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-

within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees io accomplish the required repairs, maintenance, !

3. As to ~y cosis or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
