ihe necess~y wor1~. Provided, however. that such work shall be limited to lrnm ~d yard maintenance ~

the building or buildings, situated on the premises in order io prevent ~ unsightly or unsafe condition.
3. As to ~y costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT ~ CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in br:nging ttbout cmd accomplishing ihe work reierred to in the notioe, the under-
signed agrees to make pa~~ment thereot within l0 days atter demand. Provided, however, that demand
!or payment shall not exceed actual vosts or expenses incurred.
4. In ihe event that the undersigned shall iail or refuse to make payment o[ the actual costs or
i expenses incurred, ihen, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT COAPORATION, its suc-
i crsso:s or assigns, may undertake eollection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay ~
