~ this suit; that the relation of husband and wife nov exists betveen the parties

and that the marriage betWeen the parties is irretrievab~y broken and should

i be dissolved. It is thereupon

and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

forever freed fx~om the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised oP thei
