The party of the first part, pursuant to the power
of sale contained in the Last Will and Testament of Grace
Daukant, deceased, and in consideration of the premises and
the sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, qrants, barqains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, and
to their heirs and assigns forever, that c.ertain real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly descri-

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the
second part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple

with the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
