DISS AGE
This cause came on for trial the 12th day of August, 1975, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of thia suit; that the relation of hueband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe between the partfes
is irretrievably braken and shouZd be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISS(3LUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ALAN LE8
DUNPHY nad KATHY ELIZABETH DUNPHY be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the-parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of m$trimony heretofore existinq between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom. -
2. RRS~ORATION OF NAME. The Wife, RATHY ELIZABETA DUNPHY, ~
and sY}e ~:s ~}ereby authorized to assume her former name of RATHY
ELIZABETH CALHOUN and to use the same in all respects as if said
raarriage had not intervened.
3. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $300.00
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services here~n and
ALAN LEE DUNPHY husband , is ordered to pay said attorriey said .

sum together with costs herein assessed at $33.00.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdict3on of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. ~
