property at the sale. If the plaintift shall be the purchaser
at the sale, the Clerk shall credit on the bid-of the plaintiff, ~
the total eum herein found due to the plaintiff or auch portion

thereof as may be necessary to gay fully the bid of the plaintiff,
except that the swas mentioned in paragraph 8(a) of this Judgaient
must be paid in cash.
(8) Upon confirmation of the sale whether confirmation be
by the Clerk filinq the Certificate of Tit~e or by Order of this
Court rulinq upon objections of that sale; the Clerk shall make
distribution of the proceeds of this sale by payinq:
(a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings sub-
sequent to the entry of this Final Judc~aent, includinq the costs of .
publishing the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for makinq said
sale (unless.the plaintiff, havinq already paid for those two items
of costs, shall be the purchaeer at said sale), and for the herein-
above stated attorneys' fees allowed to attorneys for the plafntiff.
The remaininq amounts due the plaintiff with interest thereon as
provided by statute from the date hereof through the date of sale.

(9) Should the=e be surplus after the payment above specified,
it shall be paid into the registry of the Court. Should there be a

~ deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount-thereof to the Court,
E and this Court shall retain jurfsdiction to enter a deficiency judg-
ment in behalf of the plaintiff, in the event such deficfency should
arise as a result of said aforementioned sale.
(10) Upon confirmation of the sale, the defendant(s) and all
persons claiming by and through them or any of them, are
severally barred, and foreclosed of and from any riqht, title, interest,
~ claim or demand in or to said property, and the purchaser at the sale,
