If the aforesaid total sum due to the Plaintiff, plus interest on the aforesaid unpaid principal at the rate prescribed in judgment thaC ~ote and mortgage from and after the date of this ~1o[xi~t, and gll ~ judgment costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of this ~EY~, are not forthwith paid, the C1erk of the Court shall sell that property at public sale, within the legal hours of sale, on io , ~ - A. D., 1975, at //:/~f o~clock A. M,, to the highest bidder and best bidder or bidders, for cash, at the Front Door of the St. Lucie County Court House, Fort Pierce , Florida, after having first given 45.031 . notice as req~sired by Section ~7~, Florida Statutes. 5. The Plaintiff snall advance the cost of publishing the $15.00 _ - Notice of Sale and the Clerk=s fee (~pQQ) for making the sale, and ~ shall be reimbursed for same by the Clerk out of the proceeds of the sale if the Plaintiff s:zall not become the purchaser of the property at the sale. ; 6. The Plaintiff may be bidder for the purchase of the property at the sale. If the Plafntiff shall be the purchaser at the sale, the Clerk shall credit on the bid of t?ze Plaintiff the total sum herein found to be due to the Plaintiff, or such portion thereof as may ' be necessary to pay fully the bid of the Plaintiff; except that°the sums i ~ ~ judgment - ~ mentioned in paragraph 7(a) of this b~ must be paid in cash. ~ I ; 7.
