notice, upon the sworn Petition of BERTHA ANN YACONIEZLO, for
a Final Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage and other affirmative
~ relief, and the Court having given due coneideration thereto and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is entitled to a
. part of the temporary relief demanded and that damage apprehended
will be done unless relief is granted, it is therefore: -
