This cause came on to be heard upon the verified Motion
For Relief From Fina]. Judgment By Inclusion Of Legal Description
Of Residence disposed df in the Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of
Marriage, entered herein on the 5th day of June, 1972, filed herein
by the Wife, now JAt~iICE STEWART, and it appearing to the Court and
the Court findinq, under Rule 1.540(a), Florida Rules Of Civil L
Procedure, that a purely clerical error or mistake was made in
omitting the legal deacription of the home, or residence, of the
parties from said Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage, it is,
upon consideration,
ORDERED AND AANDGED as follows:
l. That said Motion For Relief From Final Ju~qment By
Inclusion Of Legal Descri.ption Of Residence disposed of in said
Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage be, and it is hereby
granted. -
2. That the findings and decrees of this Court in its
Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage, dated June 5, 1972, be
clerically corrected, with particular reference to paragraph 5
thereof, to read as follows:
