(b) The respondent husband was persona2ly served with _
procesa on April 26, 1972, and a default was properly entered by the
Clerk of this Court a_gainst the respondent.
_ (c) This Court has jurisdiction of the partiea and
of the subject matt~r of this action.
(d) That the marriage between the parties, Janice
Godwin, Wife, and Talmadge Godwin, Husband, be, and it is hereby,
dissolved.
(e) That the Petitioner Wife be, and she is hereby,
awarded the 1970 Buick Skylark automobile and the home, or residence,
described as follows:

SUBDIVISION, according to the plat
thereo~ as recorded in Plat Book 10, -
at page 11, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, said Lot

with the improvements thereon, and
all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained therein, replacements thereof
and additions thereto;

(f) That the respondent be, and he is hereby,-ordered
~ to pay all personal bills and a loan payment which are presently

~ been bona fide residents of the State of Florida for more than six
~ months prior to the commencement of this action.
