1, Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA ON, its-$uvoessors or assigns, shall notily ~

within ihe immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenanoe,
etc., set- forih in sand notice within 15 days after reeeipt ot same. ~

2. If the undersigned shall fanl ~-refuse to accomplish the required repmrs or mainten~ce,
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORATION, its succ~essors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may eome upon the premises for ihe purpose oi doing
the neoess~y work. Provided, however, ihat such work shaU be limited to lQwn cmd yard mainten~ce
to prevent ~ overqrown or unkempt appecacmce, and to pmnting and minor repairs to the exterior oS
ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent cm unsightly or unsafe condition. ~
3_ As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about ~d accomplishinq ihe work refened to in the notice, the under- a
signed agrees to malce payment thereol within 10 days after demand. Provided, however, that demand ~
Ior payment shall not exoeed actcial oosts or expenses incurred. '

4. In ihe event that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to mate payment of the actual oosts or
expenses in~urred, ihen, amd in that event only, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
