TEMPORARY ORDER
TNIS CAUSE was heard after notice upon Petitioner's demand
for temporary relief while this cause is pending. The Court, hav-
ing heard the evidence presented and the argument of the attorneys .
for the parties, and being fully advised, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
~ 1. The Petitioner shall have the sole and exclusive tem-~
porary possession of the real property and house more fully .

described in her verified Petition pending the final outcome
of this matter.
2. -Petitioner shall have the sole and euclusive temporary~
possession of the 1973 610 Datsun sutomobile pending the final
j outcome of this matter.

~ 3. Respondent shall pay the mortgage payments on the real
t
~ property and house m~ore fully described in Petitioner's verified
~ Petition pending the final outcome of this matter; and that Peti-
~
tioner shall pay the other obligations of the household including
Beneficial Finance Loan, Grant Furniture Loan, and car loan pend-
~ ing the final outcome of this matter. '

~ . 4. The parties to this action are mutually en~oined and
~ restrained from assaulting, harrassing, bothering, or interferring,

with each other at any time or place, or in any manner whatsoever,
~
during the pendency of this action.
