FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
TAIS CAUSE having come on to be heard for Final Aearinq
bn the 13th day of August, 1975, and it appearinq that the parties
havinq resolved all issues pendinq in regard to this matter, via 4
Stipulation in open Court, and the Court havinq qiven full considera-
~ tion to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ l. ~DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriaqe between JOHN -
L. ROBERTS, Husband, and HELEN EMMA ROBERTS, Wife, be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
;
~ forever freed from the obligations arising tl~erefrom.

k 2. CUSTODY OF MINOR CAILDREN. Permanent custody of the

~ minor children of the parties, namely, DANNY LEE ROBERTS, aqe 16,
~
~ JOHN PERRY ROBERTS, aqe 15, MARK JUNIOR ROBERTS, age 14, RENNY
RAY ROBERTS, age 13, and THERESA ROBERTS, age 12, shall be witYi
the wife, subject to the husband having reasonable rights of viai-
~ tation to and with the said children.

~ 3. SUPPORT FOR MINOR C~iILDREN. The husband shall pay
~
E to the wife for the support and maintenance of the above-named
~ children during their minority, the sum of $80.00 per week, commenc-
~
~
~ ing on Monday, August 18, 1975, and payable on ~r before each Monday
~ thereafter. The said sum shall be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit
~
~ Court and the wife shall keep the Clerk notified as to her residence.
