4. HOSPITAI.iZATION iNSURANCE. The husband ehall keep
fn force and effect, at hia own expense, hospitalization insurance
for the above-naimed children during their minority.
5. JOINT OBLZGATIONS. The hueband shall be reaponsible
for the payment oP all outatandinq joint obliqatione and debta
owinq by the parties hereto and shall indemnify the wife as to 4
such obligations and debts.
- 6. WIFT'S ATTORNEYS'FEES. The husband shall pay ~o
Scott M. Kenney, attorney for the wife, the sum of $200.00, to
be applied toWard the wife's attorneys' fees.
7. JURISDICTION. Juriadiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto, ia retained for the entry of such further Orders

as may be proper. _
