THI3 CAUSS canie on for trial the 13th day of
August, A. D. 1975, and the Court having given fu1Z considera- _
tion to all the evidence, finde and determines: This Court
has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband aQd wife now eaists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties fa
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-

ORDSRED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

l. The marriage between Patricia Cleaves and
Hendersoa Cleaves be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of theffi are hereby forever freed fram the
bonds of matrimony heretofore eaisting between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of Caroline Cleaves, Christopher
Cleaves and Henderson Cleaves, Jr., the minor children of the
parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, Patricia Cleaves. The

Husband, Henderson Cleaves, shall have visitation privileges `
with said children on a2ternate weekends, alternate holidays, ;

and one month in the summer when the children are not in
school.
3. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay to the
NTife, for the benefit of the minor children, the sum of
$200.00 per month per child until said children obtain the

age of eighteen years. The first payment is to be made on
Friday, August 15, 1975, and a like papment on the 15th of
each month thereafter. In addition, the husband is to pay
tuition and living expenses of any of said children who
