This cause came on to be heaxd this 19th day of August, 1975,
and the Court, havinq qiven full consideration to a11 the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now egists
between the Petitioner and Respondent; that parties hereto are entitled
to a dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJt1DGED a.s follows:
1. DISSOLUTION QF MARRIAGE: The marriaqe between
I the Petitioner, BERTHEL BELCHER, and the Respondent ZELMA GENEVA

~ BE~CHER, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said pa.rties and

~ each of f_hem are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obliqations arisinq therefrom.

~ 2. SUPPORT: Commencinq September 1, 1975 the Husband

~ sha11 pay to the Wife the sum of 'I~vo Hundred and Fifty ($250. 00) Lbllars

~ per month as rehabilita.tive alimony and the payments shall run for su~

~ months with the last papment being on February 1, 1976.

~ 3. REAL PROPERTY: The Husband shall deed to the Wife,

~ a11 his right, title and interest in that certain real property in the name

~ of the parties located at 209 Gardenia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, toqether -

~ with a11 furniture, fixfures and appliances therein located.
