MORE- DEFINITE STATEMENT
THIS CAUSE having coane on before the Court upon the
agreement of counsel of the parties herein, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff Oscar Clemons d/b/a
Clemons Construction Company, has twenty (20) days within which
to submit a more definite statement as to their Complaint; more
specifically, to more definitely allege the terms and conditions
of the oral contract and to provide a copy of the invoice alleged

; in paragraph 2 of the said Complaint. 'The defendant James Davis

~ d/b/a Meadowbrook Dairy shall have twenty (20) days from receipt
~ of a more definite statement within which to file an answer,

~ affirmative defenses or appropriate motions. _This Order does
~ not prejudice defendant's right to move to dismiss Complaint t
based upon a more definite statement.
