This cause came~on to be heard on August 20, 1975 on
wife's part of her Petition for Dissolution of Marriage praying
for temporary relief, and the Wife having failed to file timely
her Financial Affidavit, and counsel for the Husband ob3ecting
to the hearing for temporary relief under Rules of Civil Procedure-
1.611, it is thereupon, after consideration by the Court,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said motion for temporary relief
be, and the same is hereby denied.
