ORDER
This cause coming on for hearinq on the Defendant's
Motion for Physical Examination of the Plaintiff, and the
Court having heard argument of counsel, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants-shall
forthwith schedule the deposition of Dr. Robert J. Sarnowski,
the Plaintiff's primary treating physician, to determine what
tests referred to by Dr. Grober in the report of his compulsory
physical examination have heretofore been taken. If after
taking the deposition of Dr. Sarnowski, Dr. Grober i~ still
af th~ opinion that further tests are needed, then the Court
shall enter an Order requiring the Plaintiff to undergo such
further examinations as Dr. Grober feels are necessary to
complete his evaluation of the PZaintiff's present physical
condition.
