It appearing to the Court and the Court finding that the
hereinafter named Eivil Action cases has lain dormant for a long
time and has not been presecuted as required by law, and pursu~e~nt
to the power vested in the Court, it is thereupon,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:
1. That the following Civil Action case be and the same
hereby dismissed for want of prosecution at the cost of the
Plaintiff or Plaintiffs in each cause:
74-378-SP-O1 LESTER STEWART vs TOMMIE.LEE'SANDERS
2. That the clerk or a duly suthorized deputy shall by
-notation, stamp or entry show on the progress docket where the ~
respective case ha~e been ntered, that such case has been di
dismissed by this Order; an that further, the Clerk or Deputy
shall make a similar notation, stamp or entry on each Court file
on the above stated case.
